Peanut chicken ingredients

  • 6 Boned chicken breast halves
  • -split
  • 1⁄2 t Salt
  • 1⁄2 t garlic salt
  • 1⁄4 t Ground White Pepper
  • 3 T All-purpose flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 T water
  • 2 c roasted peanuts, ground
  • 1⁄4 c butter Or margarine

Cooking Peanut chicken

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Sprinkle chicken with salt, garlic salt, and white pepper; dredge with flour.
3. Beat eggs with water.
4. Dip chicken in egg mixture and roll to cover; then coat with ground peanuts, pressing lightly.
5. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
6. Add chicken; brown for 4 minutes on each side.
7. Transfer to a shallow baking pan (if skillet handle is not oven-proof).
8. Bakei for 15 minutes.
