Peanut Butter/Bran Muffins

Peanut Butter/Bran Muffins ingredients
- 1⁄2 c Whole-wheat flour
- 1⁄3 c bran
- 2 t baking powder
- 1 T Sugar
- 1 Eggs
- 1⁄4 c Peanut butter
- 1⁄2 c Lowfat milk
- 1⁄3 c Peanuts, chopped
Cooking Peanut Butter/Bran Muffins
1. Combine the flour, bran, baking powder and sugar in a bowl.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend.
3. Spoon into oiled muffin tins or paper muffin cups.
4. Bakei in a 375-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
