Peanut Butter Treasure Cheesecake ingredients

  • 1 1⁄2 c (about 45) finely ground chocolate wafer cookies
  • 1⁄3 c butter, melted (we recommend LAND O LAKES® Butter)
  • 2 pk cream cheese, softened
  • 14 oz NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 6 oz NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Baking Bars
  • 2 t vanilla extract
  • 1 pk NESTLÉ® TREASURES® Peanut Butter
  • 1 T NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Baking Cocoa

Cooking Peanut Butter Treasure Cheesecake

1. PREHEAT oven to 325° F. Greasei 9-inch springform pan. FOR CRUST: COMBINE cookie crumbs and butter in medium bowl.
2. Press onto bottom and 1 inch up side of prepared pan. FOR CHEESECAKE: BEAT cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk in large mixer bowl until smooth.
3. Beat in eggs, melted chocolate and vanilla extract.
4. Stiri in Nestlé Treasures; pour into prepared crust.
5. BAKE for 55 to 65 minutes or until edges are set but center still moves slightly.
6. Remove from oven; cool completely in pan on wire rack.
7. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
8. Remove side of pan; sprinkle with cocoa before serving.
9. VARIATION: SUBSTITUTE Chocolatei Creme or Toasted Coconuti NESTLÉ TREASURES.
