Peanut Butter Fudge ingredients

  • 1 1⁄2 c Sugar
  • 2⁄3 c NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
  • 2 T butter Or margarine
  • 1⁄4 t Salt
  • 2 c Miniature marshmallows
  • 1 1⁄2 c NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
  • 1 c chunky or regular peanut butter
  • 1 t vanilla extract
  • 1⁄2 c Chopped peanuts

Cooking Peanut Butter Fudge

1. COMBINE sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt in a medium, heavy-duty saucepan.
2. Bring to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
3. Boil, stirring constantly, for 4 to 5 minutes.
4. Remove from heat.
5. STIR in marshmallows, morsels, peanut butter and vanilla extract.
6. Stiri vigorously for 1 minute or until marshmallows are melted.
7. Pour into foil-lined 8-inch square baking pan; cool for 1 minute.
8. Top with peanuts, pressing in slightly.
9. Chill for 2 hours or until firm.
10. Lift from pan; remove foil.
11. Cut into pieces.
