Peanut Butter Cookies 2 2 ingredients

  • 1 c Peanut butter, chunky, no sugar added
  • 1 c sugar substitute
  • 1 Eggs
  • 1 t Baking soda
  • 1 t Not/Sugar®
  • 1⁄4 c Soy Baking Mix

Cooking Peanut Butter Cookies 2 2

1. Mixi all ingredients in small bowl.
2. Shape mixture into 24 walnut sized balls.
3. Place on well greased cookie sheet.
4. Gently flatten with hand.
5. Make criss-cross pattern in each cookie with fork dipped in granular sugar substitute.
6. Bakei at 350° for 8-9 minutes.
7. Let set for 2-3 minutes before handling.
8. Per serving: 73. 8 calories, 5. 6 g fat, 3. 6 g protein, 3. 5 g carbohydrates, 0. 7 g fiber Note: not/Sugar© is an unusual product.
9. It thickens the same way as sugar but is not a sweetener.
