Peanut Butter Cookies 2 2 ingredients
- 1 c Peanut butter, chunky, no sugar added
- 1 c sugar substitute
- 1 Eggs
- 1 t Baking soda
- 1 t Not/Sugar®
- 1⁄4 c Soy Baking Mix
Cooking Peanut Butter Cookies 2 2
1. Mixi all ingredients in small bowl.
2. Shape mixture into 24 walnut sized balls.
3. Place on well greased cookie sheet.
4. Gently flatten with hand.
5. Make criss-cross pattern in each cookie with fork dipped in granular sugar substitute.
6. Bakei at 350° for 8-9 minutes.
7. Let set for 2-3 minutes before handling.
