Peanut Butter and Jelly French Toast

Peanut Butter and Jelly French Toast ingredients
- 12 Slices bread
- 3⁄4 c Peanut butter
- 6 T Jelly or jam
- 3 Eggs
- 3⁄4 c Milk
- 1⁄4 t Salt
- 2 T butter Or margarine
Cooking Peanut Butter and Jelly French Toast
1. Spread peanut butter on six slices of break; spread jelly on other 6 slices of bread.
2. Put one slice of each together to form sandwiches.
3. In mixing bowl, lightly beat eggs; add milk and salt and mix together.
4. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
5. Dip sandwiches in egg mixture, coating well.
6. Place in skillet and brown both sides.
7. Serve immediately.
