Pasadena Style Fajitas

Pasadena Style Fajitas ingredients
- 2 c Italian Salad Dressing
- 1⁄2 c Scallions
- 2 T garlic
- 1⁄4 t Black peppercorns
- 1⁄2 t Kosher salt
- 1⁄4 c worchestershire sause
- 4 oz Beer
- 4 oz Cola
- 3 lb Skirt steak
- 8 flour tortilla
Cooking Pasadena Style Fajitas
1. Combine marinade ingredients-mix well.
2. Pour over steak.
3. Cover and chill for 4-24 hours.
4. Remove from marinade.
5. Grilli for 3-5 minutes on each side.
6. Remove from grill to rest for 5-10 minutes.
7. Cut across the grain into paper-thin strips.
8. Serve hot, with warm tortillas to the side.
