Parsley Rice Casserole

Parsley Rice Casserole ingredients
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 2 c Milk
- 2 c Rice, cooked
- 1 c parsley, fresh, chopped
- 1⁄2 c butter or margarine, melted
- 1 T Onions, finely chopped
- 1 t Celery salt
- 1⁄2 t Salt
- 3⁄4 c cheddar cheese, shredded
Cooking Parsley Rice Casserole
1. In a bowl, combine eggs, milk and rice.
2. Stiri in parsley, butter, onion, celery salt and salt.
3. Pour into a greased 2 quart baking dish; sprinkle with cheese.
4. Set dish in a 13x9x2 inch pan; add 1 inch of hot water to pan. Bakei at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
