Parmesan baked fish ingredients

  • 4 4-oz fish fillets
  • 1⁄3 c Lo-cal mayonnaise
  • 2 T Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 T Snipped Fresh chives
  • 1⁄2 t White Wine worcestershire

Cooking Parmesan baked fish

1. Codi, salmon, and orange roughy are all good choices for this easy recipe.
2. Thaw fish, if frozen.
3. Rinse and pat dry. Spray a 10x6x2" baking dish with pam; set aside.
4. In a small bowl stir together mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, chives or green onion, and worcestershire sauce.
5. Spread mayonnaise mixture over fish fillets.
6. Bakei, uncovered, in a 450 deg oven for 12-15 minutes or till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
7. Per serving: 176 calories, 22 g protein, 1 g carbohydrates, 9 g fat, 59 mg cholesterol, 238 mg sodium, 477 mg potassium.
