Pancit Bihon (Rice Noodles)

Pancit Bihon (Rice Noodles) ingredients
- 1 kg Rice noodles
- 1⁄2 c Cooking oil
- 1 t garlic, crushed
- 2 small onions, cut into strips
- 1⁄2 kg pork, cut into cubes
- 1 whole chicken breast, cut into small pieces
- 1⁄2 kg shrimps, shelled and cut into small pieces
- 1⁄2 c Dark soy sauce
- 2 small Shrimp juice from the heads and shells of shrimps
- 2 c carrots, cut into thin strips
- 2 c chicharo (Chinese peas)
- 1⁄2 c cabbage, cut into strips
- 1⁄2 c Chinese celery
- green onions, cut into small pieces
Cooking Pancit Bihon (Rice Noodles)
1. Soak rice noodles in water; set aside.
2. Heat oil, then brown garlic and onions.
3. Add pork, chicken, and shrimps.
4. Add soy sauce, then shrimp juice.
5. Simmeri for a while.
6. Add carrots, Chinese sweet peas, and cabbage.
7. Drain rice noodles and add. Add green onions and Chinese celery last.
8. Sprinkle with black ground pepper.
