Panang Curry Burger ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1⁄2 c Onion
  • 1⁄4 t Salt
  • 1 T Sugar
  • 2 T panang curry base
  • 1⁄4 c Fresh basil

Cooking Panang Curry Burger

1. Combine ground beef, onion, salt, sugar, panang curry base and fresh basil.
2. Mixi together well.
3. Shape into 4 patties.
4. Broili for 15-20 minutes, depending on desired doneness, turning once during cooking.
5. Serve on a bun or a roll.
