Pagoda fried rice ingredients

  • 2 Strips bacon, cut crosswise
  • 6 Green Onions and Tops
  • -thinly sliced
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 4 c Cold, cooked white rice
  • 2 T soy sauce

Cooking Pagoda fried rice

1. Cook bacon in hot wok or large skillet over medium heat until crisp.
2. Add green onions and stir-fry 1 minute.
3. Add egg and scramble.
4. Stiri in rice and cook until heated through, gently separating grains.
5. Add soy sauce and stir until mixture is well blended.
