Pace® Monterey Chicken Fajitas

Pace® Monterey Chicken Fajitas ingredients
- 2 T Vegatable oil
- 1 lb boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 medium green pepper, cut into strips
- 1 Medium onion, sliced
- 1 cn (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Cream of Mushroom
- or 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1⁄2 c Pace® Chunky Salsa
- 8 flour tortillas (8")
- 1 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Cooking Pace® Monterey Chicken Fajitas
1. HEAT oil in skillet.
2. Add chicken and cook until browned, stirring often.
3. ADD pepper and onion and cook until tender-crisp.
4. ADD soup and salsa and heat through.
5. Spoon about 1/2 cup chicken mixture down center of each tortilla.
6. Top with cheese and additional salsa.
7. Foldi tortilla around filling.
8. Prep/Cook Time: 20 min.
