Overnight porridge

Overnight porridge ingredients
- 1⁄2 c Bulgur
- 3 T oats, rolled (raw)
- 1 T molasses
- 1⁄3 c Dried fruit
- 1 1⁄2 c water
Cooking Overnight porridge
1. Recipe by: new mcdougall cookbook preparation time: 0:15 place all of the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.
2. Stiri well.
3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
4. Transfer to a saucepan or microwaveable dish.
5. Stove method: cook over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring frequently.
6. Microwave method: cover with clear plastic wrap, vented at one corner.
7. Microwave at 100 percent power for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring twice while heating.
