Oven-barbecued beef brisket

Oven-barbecued beef brisket ingredients
- 6 lb Beef brisket
- 30 oz Tomato sauce
- 1⁄2 c Firmly packed brown sugar
- 3 1⁄2 oz Bottle Wright's Natural
- -Hickory Seasoning
- 1⁄4 c A.1. steak sauce
- 2 T Lemon juice
- 1⁄2 t liquid hot pepper seasoning
Cooking Oven-barbecued beef brisket
1. Place brisket, fat side up, in large roasting pan; set aside.
2. Blend tomato sauce, brown sugar, hickory seasoning, steak sauce, lemon juice and hot pepper seasoning; pour over brisket.
3. Bakei, covered, at 350f for 4 to 5 hours or until tender, basting occasionally.
4. If needed, thicken cooking liquid with flour; serve with sliced meat.
