Oven Chicken Salad

Oven Chicken Salad ingredients
- 3 T butter Or margarine
- 5 T flour
- 1 t Salt
- 1⁄8 t Pepper
- 1 3⁄4 c chicken stock
- 3 c Cooked chicken
- 4 oz Mushroom stems & pieces, can drained
- 1⁄4 c Canned pimiento, finely chopped
- 8 Puff pastry shells, baked
Cooking Oven Chicken Salad
1. 1. Combine all ingredients except cheese and the second 1 cup of croutons in a 1 1/2-quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole.
2. 2. Sprinkle with cheese and the 1 cup of croutons or crushed potato chips.
3. 3. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 6 to 8 minutes or until bubbly.
