  • 3⁄4 c ketchup
  • 1⁄4 c Cider vinegar
  • 2 T worchestershire sause
  • 1⁄2 T Hot pepper sauce
  • 2 T Mustard, Prepared
  • 1⁄4 c Sugar, dark brown
  • 1⁄2 T Salt

Cooking Outrageous ham steak sauce (bbq)

1. Cook sauce uncovered for 15 minutes.
2. Marinatei ham in sauce for ½ hour or longer, grill, broil, or fry ham steak basting with the sauce as needed.
3. Very good!!.
