Osso Buco/Cp ingredients
- 4 Veal or lamb shanks
- Well seasoned flour
- 1 clv garlic, minced
- 3 T olive oil
- 1 c Beef broth
- 1⁄4 c Dry white wine
- 2 T Tomato paste
- Rind of 1 lemon -- cut into
- 3 small Carrots -- finely diced
- 1 T parsley, chopped
- 1⁄4 t Dried marjoram -- crushed
- 1⁄4 t dried oregano -- crushed
- 1⁄8 t dried sage -- crushed
