- 1 pk ORTEGA® Frozen Beef or Chicken Fajitas
- 4 red, green or yellow bell peppers
- 1⁄4 c Low fat sour cream
Cooking Ortega Steak Fajita Stuffed Peppers
1. CUT stem end off peppers; remove seeds.
2. Heat water in 4-quart saucepan to a gentle boil COOK peppers for 5 minutes; drain.
3. Fill peppers with fajita mixture; top each with sour cream.
