  • 1 bo Mango LIBBY'S® KERN'S® All Nectar
  • 1⁄4 c Chopped shallots
  • 3 T olive oil
  • 3 T Lime Juice
  • 1 T Dijon mustard
  • 10 c mixed salad greens
  • 1 pk ORTEGA® Frozen Beef or Chicken Fajitas

Cooking Ortega Fajita Salad with Mango Dressing

1. PLACE nectar, shallots, oil, lime juice and mustard in blender; cover.
2. Blend until almost smooth.
3. PLACE salad greens on serving plates; top with fajitas.
4. Drizzle with dressing.
5. Seasoni with salt and ground black pepper.
