Oriental Chicken and Noodles

Oriental Chicken and Noodles ingredients
- 1 lb Boneless chicken breast
- 3 T Vegatable oil
- 2 c Chinese cabbage
- 1 c Celery
- 2 c Bean sprouts
- 3 oz Oriental noodles
- 2 T Cornstarch
- 1⁄4 c chicken broth
- 3 Scallions
- 2 t Carroway seed
- 1 T Lemon juice
Cooking Oriental Chicken and Noodles
1. Cut chicken into small pieces.
2. Heat oil in a deep skillet or wok and saute chicken in heated oil for 5 minutes.
3. Add cabbage, celery and sprouts.
4. Mixi well, cover and cook over low heat for 3 minutes.
5. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to directions, then add noodles to chicken mixture.
6. In separate bowl, mix cornstarch and broth and stir into chicken mixture until thickened.
7. Sprinkle with scallions, caraway seeds and lemon juice.
