Oriental Barbecue Riblets ingredients
- 9 lb sparerib
- 1⁄4 c Catsup
- 1⁄4 c soy sauce
- 2 T hoisin sauce
- 2 T Sugar
- 1 t Salt
- 1⁄2 t white pepper
- 1 t garlic
Cooking Oriental Barbecue Riblets
1. Simmeri ribs in salted water for 30 minutes.
2. Drain, rinse, and drain well.
3. Combine remaining ingredients-mix well.
4. Brush a small amount onto ribs.
5. Cover and chill for 4-24 hours.
6. Grilli slowly over coals for 40 minutes, turning and basting often.
7. Separate into individual riblets.
8. Serve hot or at room temperature.
