Oregon hazelnut pancakes

Oregon hazelnut pancakes ingredients
- 3 c Buttermilk pancake mix
- 1⁄4 lb Oregon hazelnuts, chopped
- 1⁄4 t Nutmeg
- 1⁄4 t Almond extract
- 1 t vanilla
- Water as needed
Cooking Oregon hazelnut pancakes
1. In a food processor or blender, grind hazelnuts into a meal (some small chunks are fine).
2. Mixi nuts with 1 cup water and seasonings.
3. Add to mix with more water (approximately 1-½ cups) to proper consistency.
4. Cook on griddle.
