Orange Shrimp

Orange Shrimp ingredients
- 1 clv garlic, minced
- 1⁄2 c Orange zest
- 1⁄4 c Red pepper flakes
- 1 t Sesame oil
- 1 T Peanut oil
- 1 t Chopped ginger
- 1 clv garlic, minced
- 1⁄2 c Fresh green beans, sliced
- 1⁄2 c Fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1⁄2 c Red peppers, sliced
- 1⁄3 c green onions, sliced
- 1⁄2 c Orange juice
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1 T Sesame oil
- 2 t Cornstarch
- 2 lb raw shrimp, shelled & devined
Cooking Orange Shrimp
1. Marinadei for the shrimp: Mixi the first 5 ingredients with the shrimp in a small bowl.
2. Marinade in this mixture for no longer that 2 hours.
3. Stiri fry the oil, chopped ginger, garlic, and vegetables for about 2 minutes.
4. Add the shrimp and stir fry for an additional 2 minutes.
5. Add the last 5 ingredients for the sauce and serve.
6. Delicious with white rice or orange rice.
