Orange Honey Butter

Orange Honey Butter ingredients
- 3 lb Unsalted butter
- 8 lb Honey
- 2 lb Light-brown sugar
- 1 1⁄2 t Cinnamon
- 3⁄4 c brandy
- 2 T Lemon Zest
- 1⁄3 c Orange zest
Cooking Orange Honey Butter
1. Combine butter, honey, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a mixer bowl.
2. Process at medium-low speed until well blended and fluffy.
3. Add brandy, lemon zest, and orange zest-mix well.
4. Spoon into a pastry bag, fitted with a large star tip. Pipei rosettes onto parchment or waxed paper.
5. Chill until firm.
6. Serve slightly chilled or at room temperature.
