Orange chicken with bacon ingredients
- 8 Unskinned chicken breasts
- 1 Finely chopped onions
- 1⁄4 c Fresh orange juice
- 1⁄3 c Calvert's cedar street
- mustard
- 3 Cl Fresh garlic, pressed
- 3 T soy sauce
- 3 T White vinegar
- Grated rind of lemon
- 16 sli Of bacon
Cooking Orange chicken with bacon
1. Marinatei chicken in all ingredients except for the bacon overnight.
2. Before cooking wrap two slices of bacon around each breast and secure with a toothpick.
3. Grilli over medium hot coals for approximately 35 minutes or until moist but firm.
4. Chickeni can also be baked in the oven at 375 °F for 40 minutes.
