- 1 dl oil, peanut
- 600 g Onions
- 2 seasoning (salt+pepper)
- 4 g thyme, fresh
- 4 g Paprika
- 2 dl Wine, red
- 3⁄5 Brown stock
Cooking Onion sauce
1. SAUTE SLICED ONIONS IN OIL SEASON WITH SALT, PEPPER, THYME AND PAPRIKA DEGLACE WITH RED WINE REDUCE TO HALF ADD BROWN STOCK SIMMER FOR 5 MINUTES ADJUST SEASONING.
