Onion sauce ingredients

  • 1 dl oil, peanut
  • 600 g Onions
  • 2 seasoning (salt+pepper)
  • 4 g thyme, fresh
  • 4 g Paprika
  • 2 dl Wine, red
  • 3⁄5 Brown stock

Cooking Onion sauce

1. SAUTE SLICED ONIONS IN OIL SEASON WITH SALT, PEPPER, THYME AND PAPRIKA DEGLACE WITH RED WINE REDUCE TO HALF ADD BROWN STOCK SIMMER FOR 5 MINUTES ADJUST SEASONING.
