Oklahoma Style Fajitas

Oklahoma Style Fajitas ingredients
- 2 lb Skirt steak
- 2 c soy sauce
- 2 c worchestershire sause
- 1⁄4 c Unsweetened pineapple juice
- 2 T Fresh lime juice
- Salt
- 8 flour tortilla
Cooking Oklahoma Style Fajitas
1. Combine soy, worcestershire, pineapple juice, lime juice, and a little salt.
2. Dip steak in mixture.
3. Seari over very high flame and grill to desired doneness, basting often.
4. Remove steak to rest for 10 minutes before carving.
5. Slice steak, across the grain, into paper thin strips.
6. Serve hot or warm, with tortillas to the side.
