Oatmeal Chip Cookies/The Dessert Show ingredients

  • 6 oz Semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 c Corn flakes
  • 2 c Oatmeal
  • 1 c coconut
  • 1 c Chopped pecans
  • 2 c butter
  • 2 c Brown sugar
  • 2 c White sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 t vanilla
  • 4 c flour
  • 2 t Soda
  • 2 t baking powder
  • 1⁄2 t Salt

Cooking Oatmeal Chip Cookies/The Dessert Show

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, mix corn flakes, oatmeal, coconut, pecans and semisweet chocolate chips.
3. In mixer, cream together butter, brown sugar and white sugar.
4. Add eggs, vanilla, flour, baking powder, soda and salt to creamed mixture and mix well.
5. Combine dry mixture with creamed mixture and mix well.
6. Use 1/4 measure cup of batter for each cookie, six to a cookie sheet.
7. Bakei 15 minutes or until light brown.
