Nutty Cheese Ball

Nutty Cheese Ball ingredients
- 1⁄4 lb Bleu Cheese
- 1⁄4 lb Grated cheddar
- 3 oz Cream cheese
- 1 small Grated Onion
- 1 t worchestershire sause
- 1⁄8 lb Chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1⁄8 lb Chopped walnuts or pecans
Cooking Nutty Cheese Ball
1. Blend together well the cheese, onion and worcestershire sauce.
2. Add 1/8 pound of chopped nuts and blend well again.
3. Form into a large ball and refrigerate overnight.
4. Bring to room temperature one hour before serving.
5. Roll in 1/8 pound of chopped nuts.
6. Serve with crackers or corn chips.
