Nutritious peanut butter cookies

Nutritious peanut butter cookies ingredients
- 1⁄4 c Vegatable oil
- 1⁄2 c Peanut butter, smooth or
- Chunky
- 1⁄2 c Light or Dark Brown Sugar
- 1 Eggs
- 1 1⁄2 c flour
- 1⁄2 t baking powder
- 3⁄4 t Baking soda
- 1⁄4 c water
Cooking Nutritious peanut butter cookies
1. Mixi oil, peanut butter, sugar and egg together.
2. Stiri in the remaining ingredients.
3. Chill the dough for 3 hours or overnight.
4. Roll into walnut sized balls.
5. Place on lightly greased baking sheet.
6. Flatten with a fork.
7. Bakei in a 375 degree oven for 10 to 12 min. cool thoroughly before serving.
