Nut butter spread

Nut butter spread ingredients
- 2 c Nuts, cashews, pecans
- -walnuts, almonds
- 1 c Sunflower seed kernels
- 1 c Sesame seeds
- Oil
- Honey, to taste
Cooking Nut butter spread
1. Place the nuts, sunflower seed kernels and seeds in an electric blender and blend until fine.
2. Add enough oil to blend them to a paste.
3. Sweeten with honey.
4. store in covered jar in the refrigerator.
5. Yield: about two cups.
