Nuoc cham dipping sauce ingredients

- 2 Cloves garlic
- 2 Fresh chile peppers
- -preferably Serrano
- 1 T Sugar
- 3 T Fish sauce
- 2 1⁄2 T Fresh lime juice
- 4 T water
Cooking Nuoc cham dipping sauce
1. This sauce truly defines vietnamese cuisine.
2. It goes well with deep fried, roasted and grilled foods.

7. Allow mixture to sit for 5 minutes or until ready to serve.
