Nuoc cham dipping sauce ingredients

  • 2 Fresh chile peppers
  • -preferably Serrano
  • 1 T Sugar
  • 3 T Fish sauce
  • 2 1⁄2 T Fresh lime juice
  • 4 T water

Cooking Nuoc cham dipping sauce

1. This sauce truly defines vietnamese cuisine.
2. It goes well with deep fried, roasted and grilled foods.
