- 6 c Milk
- 1 c Long grain rice
- 3 T Sugar
- 1⁄2 t Salt
- 1 c Heavy Cream
- -berries
Cooking norway rice cream
1. In a large heavy saucepan over medium heat, combine rice, milk, sugar and salt until tiny bubbles form around edge.
2. Reducei heat and simmer covered 45-50 minutes until rice is tender.
3. Stiri occasionally.
4. Refrigerate until well chilled.
5. Beat cream until peaks form.
6. Foldi into chilled rice.
7. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
8. Spoon berries over each serving.
