Northwest grilled salmon ingredients
- 1 Whole salmon fillet -- * see

- 2 T butter, melted
- 3 T honey -- melted
- 1 T dill weed
- 2 c alder wood chips -- opt
Cooking Northwest grilled salmon
1. Have the samon filleted leaving the skin on. This is important.
2. Keep cold.
3. Melt together and melt the butter and honey in the micro or another way. Lay the fillet out skin side down and pour over or quickly brush on the honey and butter.
4. Sprinkle the dill weed over.
