Northfork crab meat ingredients
- 1 lb crab meat
- 4 T butter
- 1 T Tarrigan Wine Vinegar
- Cocktail Sauce
- Lemon wedges
Cooking Northfork crab meat
1. Heat butter over low heat.
2. Sautei crab meat, stirring for 2 minutes.
3. Sprinkle with vinegar.
4. Top with parsley and a little garlic powder.
5. Serve with cocktail sauce and lemon wedges.
6. Cam be made with shrimps.
