- 8 T mustard
- 1 t Black pepper
- 6 T Sugar
- 1 t white pepper
- 1 c Cider vinegar
- 1⁄2 t soy sauce
- 2 t Chili powder
- 2 T butter
Cooking North carolina: eastern style with butter
1. Combine all but soy and butter, heat 10 minutes.
2. Add soy sauce and butter at end.
