No-Frying Tacos

No-Frying Tacos ingredients
- 12 tortillas
Cooking No-Frying Tacos
1. I place my corn tortilla on the gas burner flame on medium.
2. Turn it with tongs very quickly.
3. The whole thing takes only a few seconds.
4. Right away fold the tortilla in half and fill.
5. We use very lean beef cooked with a little green pepper and well drained.
6. Then we add half of a green Ortega Anaheim chili, Alpine Lace free and lean shredded cheese, shredded lettuce and tomato and then a good shot of La Victoria hot sauce.
7. We have this every Saturday night.
8. Of course a nice Mexican beer with it makes it extra good! We also like the Herdez brand salsa (red) to put on tacos or refrieds or over buritos! I am getting hungry! Bea in CA P. S.
