Nick's Heavenly Twice Baked Potatoes

Nick's Heavenly Twice Baked Potatoes ingredients
- 1 Potatoes
- 3 t Cream of mushroom soup
- 4 oz Velveeta cheese
- 1 pn Salt
- 1 pn Pepper
Cooking Nick's Heavenly Twice Baked Potatoes
1. Wrap the potato in aluminium foil and place in a preheated oven at 425 degrees for 45 minutes.
2. (Increase baking time for larger potatoes) Remove potato from oven.
3. Unwrap and let cool for 5 minutes.
4. Take a spoon and scoop out the inside fillings of each potato half and place the fillings inside of a mixing bowl.
5. Save the potato halves.
6. To the mixing bowl add 1 pinch salt, 1 pinch pepper, 3 tsp cream of mushroom soup and 2 oz of the velveet cheese cubed.
7. Mixi and mash well.
8. :) Spoon the filling into the potato halves.
9. Slice the last remaining 2 oz of velveeta cheese into two slices.
10. Top each potato half with a slice of the velveeta cheese.
11. Return the halves to the oven uncovered and let them bake for approximately 5 minutes to let the cheese melt.
12. Serve immediately.
13. Flavor alternatives: Add one dash of tobasco/hot pepper sauce to the mix for spicer potatoes.
14. Add a pinch of garlic powder for a more robust flavor.
