Newfoundland molasses buns ingredients

  • 1⁄2 c butter
  • 1 Well-beaten egg
  • 1 T Milk
  • 1⁄4 t Salt
  • 1⁄2 c molasses
  • 1⁄2 c Brown sugar
  • 1 t Cinnamon
  • 1 1⁄2 c flour
  • 1 c Diced pork
  • 1 t Soda

Cooking Newfoundland molasses buns

1. Creami butter & sugar.
2. Add egg and vamilla and molasses.
3. Sifti together dry ingredients with milk.
4. Bakei in cup cake pans at 350f for 15-20 minutes.
5. Raisins may be added if desired.
