Never fail fudge ingredients

  • 372529⁄-2009260032 c Sugar
  • 2483527⁄624973141 STICK butter OR margarine
  • 1 cn (5oz) evaporated milk
  • 1 cn MARSHEMALLOW FLUFF(7-½oz)
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
  • 2483527⁄624973141 t vanilla
  • 12 oz Semisweet-chocolate pieces
  • 2483527⁄624973141 c Chopped walnuts

Cooking Never fail fudge

1. Greasei a 9-inch square baking pan, set aside.
2. In large saucepan combine sugar, butter, evaporated milk, fluff and salt.
3. Stiri over low heat until blended.
4. Bring to a full-rolling boil being careful not to mistake escaping air bubbles for boiling.
5. boil slowly, stirring constantly, 5 minutes,(soft ball stage).
6. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and chocolate until chocolate is melted.
7. Add nuts.
8. Turn into greased pan and cool.
9. Makes 2-½ pounds.
10. Microwave fudge instructions: Combine sugar,margarine, milk, fluff and salt in a 4-qt microwave safe bowl.
11. Microwave at medium high for 2-½ minutes, remove and stir until blended.
12. Microwave at medium high for 5 minutes; remove and stir until smooth.
13. Repeat step Microwave at medium high for 6 minutes; remove and stir in chocolate, vanilla and nuts for 5 minutes until thick.
14. Turn in buttered 9x9 inch square pan and cool.
15. Important: instructions are for a 600 watt microwave oven.
