- 5 Kaiser style rolls, day old
- -or equivelent stale bread
- 2 large Onions diced and browned
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Sage, powdered
- 1 pn Rosemary
- 1 pn summer savory
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Pepper
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Liquid to ΒΌ cup
Cooking My poultry stuffing
1. Browni onion.
2. Wizz broken rolls or bread in a processor to course crumbs.
3. Add seasonings to stuffing and blend with hands.
4. Add onions and toss well.
5. Add small amount of liquid, turkey stock from giblets or a little water.
6. Mixi well.
7. Should form a ball when pressed, but not be soggy.
8. Stuff bird and cook as usual.
