Mustard sauce with turkey over pasta

- Main Ingredient: Poultry Turkey Noodles and Pastas

Mustard sauce with turkey over pasta ingredients
- 4 T butter
- 1⁄4 c flour
- 3 c chicken broth
- 2 c Heavy Cream
- 2 T Dijon mustard, heaping
- 3 c Cooked turkey, cubed
- 1 lb Pasta
Cooking Mustard sauce with turkey over pasta
1. Melt butter in large pan. Stiri in flour to make a roux.
2. Slowly mix in hot chicken broth.
3. I used broth made from the turkey carcass.
4. Boil to thicken.
5. Add cream, mustard and stir until mixed.
6. Add turkey and heat until warm.
7. Serve over hot pasta.
8. I used red pepper pasta notes : great to use up leftover turkey.
9. Major hit with the men in the house.
10. Served them with steamed brusse lsprouts.
11. Great combination.
12. You could use cooked chicken.
