Mustard fried caribou ingredients
- 4 Caribou steaks or
- 8 Small chops
- Seasoned salt
- Pepper
- 2 T Dijon-style mustard
- 1 t Horseradish
- 1 T Oil
Cooking Mustard fried caribou
1. Seasoni steaks with your salt and pepper.
2. Combine mustard and horseradish.
3. smear this mixture on each side of the steaks so that the steaks are fullycoated on both sides.
4. Pan fry in hot oil til browned- medium rare.
5. Probe asteak with a fork and as soon as the juices run clear, steaks are done.
