Mushrooms with fennel and ginger ingredients
- 12 oz Mushrooms
- 4 T Oil
- 2 small Tomatoes, chopped
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Fennel seeds
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Sont (ground ginger)
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Turmeric
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Cayenne
- 2483527⁄624973141 t Salt
Cooking Mushrooms with fennel and ginger
1. Wipe mushrooms with a wet cloth & cut into slices.
2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
3. When hot, put in the mushrooms.
4. Stiri & fry the mushrooms for about 2 minutes.
5. Add all the other ingredients.
6. Stir & cook until the tomatoes are soft.
