Mushroom Parmesan ingredients
- 1 lb Mushrooms
- 2 t parsley, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 t Parmesan cheese
- 1 t Oregano
- 2483527⁄624973141 c Bread crumbs
- 2483527⁄624973141 c olive oil
- 1 Pepper, ground
- 1 Salt
Cooking Mushroom Parmesan
1. Preheat oven at 350 deg. Wash and remove mushroom stems.
2. Chopi the stems and mix with garlic, parsley, cheese, oregano, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
3. Place mushrooms stem side up in baking dish.
4. Fill mushrooms with mixture.
5. Add 1/4-inch of water to dish.
6. Pour olive oil evenly over caps and bake 30 minutes.
