Mushroom hors d'oeuvre ingredients
- 1 lb Fresh mushrooms
- 1 large Onion, chopped
- 3 T butter
- 1⁄4 t Salt
- 1 ds Pepper
- 3⁄4 c yogurt
- 1⁄2 t Dry mint
- PREPARATION
Cooking Mushroom hors d'oeuvre
1. Wash, clean and chop the mushrooms.
2. Sautei the mushrooms and the onions in the butter until golden.
3. Remove and let cool.
4. Add salt and pepper and yogurt, mix well.
5. Decorate this with dry mint and serve cold.
6. This may be served on toast or crackers.
