Mrs. fields icing

- Course: Chocolate Icings and frostings
- Yield:
Mrs. fields icing ingredients
- 8 Unsweetend chocolate
- - squares
- 2 T butter
- 2 lb Powdered sugar
- 1 c Whipped cream
- 4 t vanilla
- 6 oz Milk chocolate Chips
- 1 pk Hershey kisses
Cooking Mrs. fields icing
1. Combine chocolate and butter in small saucepan.
2. Place over low heat until melted.
3. Remove from heat.
4. Combine sugar, cream, and vanilla in medium size bowl.
5. Stiri till smooth.
6. Add chocolate and butter.
7. Set bowl in a pan of ice and beat with wooden spoon till frosting is thickened.
8. After frosting bottom layer,add 1 cup of chips.
9. Spread on top of of cake.
10. Add second layer.
11. Frosti second layer.
12. Apply kisses as desired over top of cake.
13. Add remaining chips to the sides.
