Mr. food's raspberry chicken 12/4/95 ingredients
- 4 chicken leg quarters
- 1⁄2 t Salt
- 1⁄2 t Black pepper
- 2 T Melted butter
- 1⁄2 c Raspberry jam --
- (red/seedless)
- 2 T Balsamic vinegar
- 1 T soy sauce
- 1⁄8 t Crushed Red Pepper
Cooking Mr. food's raspberry chicken 12/4/95
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
2. Place the chicken leg quarters in a large baking pan that has been coated with nonstick vegetable spray; sprinkle the chicken with the salt and black pepper, then drizzle with the melted butter.
3. Bakei for 45-50 minutes, or until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
4. In a small saucepan, combine the remaining ingredients to make a raspberry sauce; mix well.
5. Cook over low heat for about 1 minute, until the sauce is smooth, stirring occasionally.
6. Remove the chicken from the pan and place on a serving platter.
7. Top with the sauce and serve.
