Mother's lemon love notes (christmas) ingredients
- Crust
- 1 c flour
- 1⁄2 c butter Or margarine
- 1⁄4 c Powdered sugar;
- 1 pn Salt
- FILLING
- 2 ea Eggs
- 1 c Sugar
- 2 T flour
- 3 T Lemon juice
- 1 t Lemon rind, grated
- 1⁄4 t baking powder
Cooking Mother's lemon love notes (christmas)
1. Oven 350°F.
2. crust: cream butter, sugar, add flour and salt.
3. Press into 8 x 8 inch pan. Bakei 20 min. at 350°F.
4. filling: combine ingredients.
5. Pour over hot crust.
6. Bake 20 - 25 minutes.
7. Cool in pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
8. Cut ini squares.
9. Store in tin box between layers of wax paper.
